Living Brave in the world takes courage. If we’re brave enough, often enough, we will fall. How do we Rise Strong and grow through a divorce, job loss, failing a test, getting turned down, losing a client, a fight with our partner, or a misunderstanding at work?
In Rising Strong, Brené Brown introduces a three step process – Reckoning, Rumble and Revolution – to help us learn from these life experiences that don’t turn out the way we planned, so we can rise strong and continue on our path.
Brené Brown certified facilitator, Mary Laymon, will lead you through this 8 week series. We will explore what Brené learned in her research about how the people who live Whole-Hearted lives Rise Strong after set-backs. You will leave with practical tools to engage those moments in your life when living brave provides the opportunity for personal growth, strengthened relationships, improved productivity and spiritual transformation.
